I figured out how HDB calculate their 2.6% annual interest rate and how the whole monthly payment work out on my own without googling. I figured these out on the last day of 2010, on 2am after booze and TGI Friday wings!!!! I am crazy arent I?
Shall share more on the calculation on my next post to share :) I know my girlfriends will appreciate this, they have been bothered and asking everyone they know about house financing the whole of 2010. Yes, 2010 is the year to celebrate, the year i attend so many weddings, the year i saw so many proposal, the year i got so many enquiries on buying a unit.
1st task for 2011: To visit HDB to refinance my unit!
